What it solves
Inside the cooler is where it pays off most. Fronting a refrigerator is the worst job in the store: you open the door, lose cold air and reach deep — and the product at the back still can't be reached. With inclined roller trays, every time someone takes a can the next one rolls down to the front stop. The cooler looks full all day without anyone touching it. It also works on dry gondola, but cold is where it pays for itself.
In a cooler, only what is visible through the door sells. The roller keeps the front row pressed to the glass all day.
If nobody has to reach in to tidy, the door opens less: less cold loss and lower energy draw.
Load deep without condemning the product at the back. The whole tray is selling space, not storage.
