The client tells us what they need to solve. We define the specification, negotiate with the factory, handle import, customs and logistics, and deliver the parts at destination. If the reference doesn't exist in the dimension needed, the tooling is developed and produced. After delivery, we provide technical support on the systems that require it.
We don't manufacture — we represent. And in-store installation is normally done by the client, by their own choice, though we can do it if they prefer. We say it plainly so nobody discovers an assumption halfway through a project.
